On July 4/06 I purchased a Baltex bathingsuit from the Sears Spring & Summer catalogue. The suit is shown on Page 122 and priced at $75.99 I wore this suit perhaps 12 times in a public swimming pool. It was always rinsed out in cold water and hung over a thick plastic hanger to dry. At no time was Bleach used. I began too notice that the suit was getting looser but hoped that was because I was getting smaller. When I went to pack this bathing suit for a holiday in Mexico, in early December, I noticed that there were little brown ends sticking out all over the cloth. A closer inpection revealed that the suit was disintegrating. It seems to me that the spandex is coming out of the cloth. Although the suit is unwearable the manufacturer's tag is not even faded. Sears tells me that their responsiblity ends after 90 days and it is not their problem. As your company is the manufacture, I believe that you would want to know if the goods you are selling do not meet any reasonable standard of reliability. I look forward to your comments. Thank you
