i put all new inserts in my house 6,1/2 years ago.paid big money at that time, the windows have never closed correctly ,now are sagging and leaking. when windy the rain that is in the drip tray runs out down the wall. called allsco when windows were new have not heard from them yet.would like to have this fixed.
