I recently had all of my hardwood floors refinished by Wooden Floors by Malcolm. I am extrememly happy with the end result. The original floors were laid appromixametly 40 years ago and some areas were quite worn. Jerry, the gentleman who did the actual work is what I would consider a perfectionist. He came by the day after the work was complete and pointed out a few areas that he wanted to redo becaue he wasn`t completely satisfied with the finish. I did not have to call Malcolm to receive this service. Jerry obviously takes pride in his work. Everyone now comments that it looks like brand new flooring. The timeline and cost quoted by Malcolm was accurate, with no hidden surprises. I would highly recommend this company (and have already referred Malcolm`s company to two friends).
