good selection, horrible customer service - Comment (On: September 26, 2008)
tried to return a small order of tile because tiles were each 1/4" smaller than labelled. staff knew i was 'just a homeowner' and the nature of the job but didn't warn me that this size variation was a possibility, and owner was very rude and wouldn't take back order or exchange for another. this store store should not be open to the public, they only want to deal with contractors on large scale projects. buyer beware.
