I purchased a solarium on April 11,2006 from Zytco but have been unable to assemble the unit on my property because the city of Ottawa wilL not accept the Zytco plans which lack engineering data. I've approached the company many times concerning this problem but as of yet had no reply.I've even writen the Ontario Association of Engineers and they have replied that plans signed off by an approved engineer should come with engeering data. The association has broached this problem with the Zytco engineer who has assuerd them that the problem would be solved.It has now been 1 year and 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.I would like to add to the fact that the solarium was paid in full at purchase so the company has had full use of my money for the past year. I wish I could say the same about the solarium.
