I had an excellent experience at Riva Truck Accessories, but at their Burlington store. First of all the layout of the store is "friendly". I had no problem finding what I needed. And when I wanted to ask a question, I found the salesperson very focused on me as a customer and helpful. They even exceeded my expectations by recommending other complimenting parts and made it very easy to do business with them. I had my cap installed, plus some other great features and their prices were very reasonable. Installation was done very quickly and everyone seemed friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a great product at a reasonable cost. They have a great positive service attitude.
