The Catholic Childrens Aid Society should hang their heads in shame for the way little Jeffery Baldwin`s life ended. This poor little baby was placed with his grandparents who had a record of child abuse. Jeffery was taken away from his mother and given to these monsters. Would he have been better off with his mother? Isn`t there anyone at the CCAS that checks on these children when they are placed in foster care? Does anyone care? My heart bleeds for this little angel, and his grandparents and the CCAS should answer for the cruel treatment he received in his too short life. How can you people sleep at night knowing you are responsible for his death? I know the answer will be not enough money and not enough staff, but that answer doesn`t satisfy me. You people have gotten away with this kind of irresponsibility before and this probably won`t be the last case. At least when he was with his mother he looked healthy and wasn`t starved, but these so-called grandparents are nothing but heartless monsters and should be put away for life. marjoriemackinnon@yahoo.ca

I am a 31 year old women that has a life changing experience simply by reading about a little boy. His name was Jeffery Baldwin, a boy that endured so much pain in his short lived life.I am sure you are aware of this case.The reason i am e-mailing you is because I would like to start a fund in honor of Jeffrey Baldwin.In a world where no one had any regard or care for this boys life,I want the world to know Jeffery was a somebody. I have contacted City Pulse, and discussed my desire to start the charitable organization or fund. They advised me to contact you,and that if a fund was set up they would help promote the fund.I think the money would assist you and your task of protecting our preious youth.Let Jeffery Baldwin`s short life help other children that are in the same situation.
