I have just had a very bad experience with the Alcatrazskates store in Cobourg, Ontario. I have to go back because I have some money I have to spend. I explained to the MANAGER of the store that my son has bad feet and if we could bring the shoes home and try them inside for a couple of days. He said yes no problem as long as he doesn`t scuff them up. I told him we would be back Mon. if we needed to. He said that was fine. This was my first time in this store, I went back Monday and they were closed. I went back tuesday and the MANAGER told me that there were no cash refunds. He did not tell me that, like I said it was my first time in the store and my son has to wear certain shoes. I find this very bad business and I WILL NOT be back to that store again.
