Coleman Service Centre - Comment (On: June 19, 2006)
If you need service on a Coleman product steer away from Lou`s. I dropped a generator off on June 5/06 and was told to come back June 9th, it should be done. They did mention someone did not show for work. Back June 12 still not fixed. Had not even looked at my generator. Come back next week but we`re still short staffed because someone didn`t show up for work. Okay. I went back June 19. You will never guess. Still not looked at, maybe in a couple days. Don`t think so. Loaded the generator up and took it to a real service centre in Kanata. Be fore-warned, service is poor here.
