    I’ve never been afraid of a challenge, but now my husband wants to take up mountain climbing with me. We moved to Victoria, BC recently and apparently there are good ranges nearby. For safety’s sake, I’ve been tightening up with a personal trainer from One to One Fitness. I feel better than I’ve felt in a long time, and a lot better about doing some more exciting things in my life.
