    Katherine, my yoga experience with you was a great one! I had very little yoga experience prior to registering for your class but from the few classes I had taken in the past, there was no comparison. Your teaching method was successful in tending to each persons individual needs. Every week I knew I could look forward to learning something new and exciting and still work on bettering myself during our regular weekly rotation of sun salutations. I loved feeling strengthened, toned and flexible during the months that I took your class. I could feel the results in my muscles and organs which was a wonderful feeling. I so badly wish you were still teaching class in Vegreville because I desperately miss the one time every week where I could meditate, completely forget about everyday life stress and get a great workout! You set the bar high Katherine! I`m sure your zest for life and yoga will take you far =) Sincerely, L. Bergeron
