I have recently been introduced to this small company and i am in fact using one of their dehumidifiers right now. It is quiet, efficiently operated, and most important to me, there is no stupid tank to empty all the time! Whe we moved into our bsmnt. apt., it was extremely damp, even making our bed damp all the time. We installed our dehumid and within 1 week, the humidity level went from a high of 85% all the way down to only 50 %. That is where it has stayed and it only runs when it reads above the 50% humidity point. I highly recommend this product. We also were given a 5 year guarantee with it.
