we have for the past 9 months endeavored to contact this company to honor the 50 year guaranty/warrenty, transferable, installation,non-leak,performance bond, to-date,to no avail!! Constant run-a-round!! Now total ignoral of our calls! We entered this installation, with GREAT enthusiam,based up-on the Salesman's assurance that this company was 1st rate,in all aspects,pricing,qualty product& assurance that the 50 year, transferable guaranty/warrenty was the "BEST" in the Industry! This for anyone interested, is to say the least, is a JOKE!!!
