My kids and I have been a member of Markham Taekwondo Academy for a couple of months now and what a difference, between what I was learning to now. I thought I knew what Tae Kwon Do and Self Defense was but little did I know how little I actually knew. I have learned more in the last 2 Months than I did in the last 2 years of my old Tae Kwon Do Academy. Definitely not all Tae Kwon Do Schools are the same even the ones that claim to be Official Olympic Style.
