I had to search all over the place to find their phone number in Oakville. Nothing on their useless website. I finally found it here. I called to find replacement parts for a Rowing exercise machine that they manufacture & sell,& I 1st had to convince the guy at the other end that it was indeed their product. When he finally realised what I was talking about then he instantly knew what I wanted, & I placed an order, but I had to spell my street name about six times to him. The jury is still out as to whether or not the part gets here OK.
