MY MATTRESS IS UNDER YOUR WARRANTY !!! - Comment (On: July 13, 2006)
HELLO MR. GINO DE BARTOLO & BROTHERS, I DO HOPE YOU WILL OPEN & READ & TAKE YOUR MESSAGES OR COMPLAINTS.!!! YOUR A VERY HARD PERSON TO FIND, IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 2 MONTHS OR SO THAT I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR YOU BECAUSE OF A PURCHASE THAT I HAD BOUGHT IN 2002. I WENT TO A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE IN SEARCHING FOR YOUR COMPANY.THE LONG DISTANCE CALLS THAT I PAID FOR, THE SEARCHES ON THE WEB, SPOKE TO 3 PROTECTION AGENCY`S, THE FEDERAL & PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENTS, AND ALL THE E-MAILS THAT I SENT OUT TO MATTRESS COMPANIES & STORES TO SEE IF THEY EVER HEARD OF YOUR COMPANY. WELL I HOPE MY SEARCH IS OVER BECAUSE THEIR WAS A COMPANY WHO KNOWS YOU, AND THEY TOLD ME YOU HAD 2 COMPANIES UNDER THE SAME ROOF. LUCKLY MY BROTHER`S SET IS OK FOR NOW.!!! THE SALESMAN REASSURED ME THAT THE SAID ITEMS FOR THE BOTH OF US IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR A VERY, VERY LONG TIME. NOW I HEAR YOUR OUT OF BUSSINESS SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW.??? WHAT I WOULD LIKE FROM YOU IS TO HONOUR YOUR WARRANTY WITH ME AND REPAIR MY MATTRESS FREE OF CHARGE OR SOMEHOW AN EXCHANGE FOR A NEW SET ONE AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO COVER IF AND ANY ALL EXPENSES FOR ANY WHICH WAY THAT I`M GOING TO RECEIVE IF IT`S A NEW SET IS SENT TO ME BY TRANSPORT, OR IF IT`S BETTER IF YOU KNOW OF A COMPANY HERE IN MONTREAL THAT WOULD DO SAID REPAIR OR SENDING ME A NEW SET. (I HOPE YOU HAVEN`T RECEIVED MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS BACK THEN.) THIS IS PART OF MY MESSAGE I WAS SENDING OUT. I would like to know if you know about this company or deal with them in any way. Easy-Rest Sleep Products Limited 1415 Weston Rd Toronto, Ontario After looking everywhere on the Internet for this company, the Federal Government found their registration number 490013 but have no phone # or Postal Code. I found their location on the Internet after getting the info from the government but on their site there`s no PHONE # nor a Postal Code or E-MAIL ADDRESS. The reason why there was a big liquidation done in a big building on Cote de Liesse Road in the Town of MOUNT ROYAL in MONTREAL in the year of 2002. I had bought a queen size pillow top mattress/box spring and frame for a very good price and it`s still under warranty. The problem is the stitching is coming undone around the contour of the pillow top and you can see into the mattress. If you or one of your competitors knows of this company`s PHONE # and E-MAIL ADDRESS and POSTAL CODE and possibly the OWNER`S NAME it would be so kind of you and getting back to me weather by e-mail or call me I`ll leave you my phone # it`s (514)-598-5773.
