This boot camp works and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to get in shape and make fitness a part of their lifestyle. Nadeen is a great trainer and she really knows how to push you to meet your goals! I lost one pound a week with Firm Body Fitness and now I can fit into my skinny jeans!!!
