Shawna is a committed fitness professional with a Vibrant spirit. I would highly recommend Shawna as a personal fitness trainer to everyone at every fitness level. Shawna`s genuine personal qualities, her exstensive fitness knowledge and dedication will help anyone achieve their fitness goals effectively and safely. Shawna is easy to talk to, non-judgemental, and highly motivating. Shawna developed a personal fitness program for me that has helped me so far to drop 15 of the 20 pounds I set out to lose.
