The following is a message from SOLUTIONS-GRAFFITI, in reply to recent statements made on this website. It is with great sadness that we must address this issue, brought to our attention by one of our municipal customers. Graffiti removal and surface cleaning is a very competitive industry, and we take great pride in the quality of our work – as we seldom charge customers if no significant result is produced by our service. Our success has caused a certain amount of frustration among certain competitors, but we believe it is wrong for someone to post false comments in the hopes of improving client perception. All comments posted for SOLUTIONS GRAFFITI have identical writing patterns (and grammatical errors), and most were posted on the same day (May 6th). On this exact same date 3 positive comments were posted for Doctor Graffiti, again with the same writing patterns and 5 stars each. It should also be noted that their profile/description is a copy of the one for SOLUTIONS-GRAFFITI, perhaps in the hope of improving their Google ranking. The use of specialized industry jargon (ex: ghost) is another example of this. We believe that visitors of this website are resourceful enough to easily see through this dishonest attack on our company, our staff and their livelihood. We apologize for any confusion caused by this attempt at dishonest competition, and welcome all legitimate feedback from our clients with great enthusiasm; only you can tell us how to be even better at what we do.
